 Gites: Le Manoir

		La Tour This two storey suite with three bedrooms (two double, one twin-bedded) is next to the main entrance gates and adjacent to the stone built tower. The entrancing views are over the gardens, pool and vineyards. Sleeps 6/Changeover Saturday
		La Laiterie Another ultra quiet gite on two floors with two double bedrooms and two single beds on The mezzanine and the same splendid outlook. 		Le Chai This area was used within living memory for wine production and the attractive ancient stonework compliments the modern facilities provided which includes a double and a twin-bedroom. On the mezzanine there is another single bed. There is a small private garden with extensive views of vines, valley and our own farm, (La Ferme de Tachau). Sleeps 5/Changeover Saturday

General Facilities

All these magnificent gites have bathrooms equipped with shower, washbasin and w.c. There are also separate w.c.'s in addition in all the gites at Le Manoir. The kitchens have an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Comfortable armchairs and dining table are provided. The delightful open air swimming pool 6m x 12m at Le Manoir has roman steps and sunbathing area, surrounded by grass with sun loungers. There is a boules court and croquet lawn, the well maintained two acre gardens with their mature trees and flowering shrubs have been recently renovated. At La Ferme de Tachau there is a giant draughts board & vollyball area set in a further 3 acres of grounds. Our two lakes, meadows & woodland are located at the La Ferme Du Manoir

Laundry:
At le Manoir in the base of the stone tower a washing machine, iron and ironing board are supplied and at La Ferme identical facilities are provided in a convenient outbuilding. In Duras there is a dry cleaners (La Presse).

Library:
In addition to the book selection provided in the tower (mainly fiction), there is a DVD library and a DVD player player is available.
