 Tachau Fishing Lake

ABOUT THE TACHAU FISHING TRUST

Family membership costs £75 (Euros €90) per annum and eligible users of the lake licence are strictly limited to parents, their children and their grandchildren. Temporary membership at £22 (Euros €25) covers those staying in one of our stone built gites; licences are issued at the time of holiday reservations being received for our gites. There is also a day ticket available from May-September for €15 per person.

RULES

In order to preserve the quality of the fish and excellent standard of the lake and surroundings we respectfully request that you adhere to the following rules:

•   No keep nets
•   Barbless hooks to be used at all times
•   Unhooking mats to be used for fish over 5lbs weight
•   No particle ground baits or nuts to be used
•   If using boilies a braided leeder must be used to prevent line breakage
•   No line of less than 10lbs breaking strain is to be used
•   Please take litter home at all times
•   No night fishing or camping (except by special permission)
•   No removing of vegetation or undergrowth
•   Maximum of 2 rods per person
•   No swimming / musical equipment
•   Please keep noise levels to a minimum
•   Please use Fishing Club Car Park for all vehicles (on left at foot of hill)
•   Licence/day ticket required - these can be obtained from the Manoir De Tachau
    from May-September

and please carry your permit whilst on the Tachau Estate.
